Memory Block - Progress

These are highlights of the new seam treatments on the "Memory Block" that I make for my precious DD's newwed friend. At right side, I tried a new thing with 7mm silk ribbon. I guess, if add some small pearls onto the tie sections, it will be much better.

At left side, I made Herringbone stitch. This metallic thread is a new material for me. I bought a few meters of various colors from my quilt shop here. I don't know its brand name. Added rock roses and leaves with 4 mm ribbons. Of course, I added neat color sequins as I always do:)) I think, sequins seems so lonely!!! I'll add some extra things. I have a nice varigated color Gutterman metallic thread. I plan to add arrows onto the sequins. Afterwords, I may add some beads too.
