Austria, Innsbruck, Kitzbühel, Elmau

I'm sure that most of you had a special place for "Heidi" in their childhood. I'm one of them:)) I really don't remember, how many times I've read that lovely book, and dreamt Heidi's lovely, huge mountains when I was a little girl. I raised at the sea-side but I always loved to go to mountains at every possibility.
It was my first time in the Kitzbühel, Austria. It is magnificent place, indeed. It is a trendy winter resort in the province of Tirol, surrounded by high Alps. I'm sure it is much more beautiful under the white blanket too.

Hi Rengin,

thanks for commenting on my blog. I am looking forward to seeing some of your work. Obviously you had some fun in Austria and Germany. Last year MyGuy and I spent 2 weeks in September in the Oetztal in Tirol and the picture on my blog shows Tirol's highest waterfall, though in pieces...

Hi Karin,
There were some waterfalls on our way from Bregenz to Innsbruck that I took some photos.
I wish we could stay longer at Tirol's.
It is so hot in Istanbul, it will be better to go back to high mountains again:))
Happy stitching,

Rengin, thank you for the beautiful Tyrolean pictures! I spent a summer in Seefeld (outside of Innsbruck) going to summer school and will always hold Osterreich (Austria) in a special place in my heart. Maybe someday we can both go back together! Hugs, Cathy
