I want to use some handmade beaded oya trims, therefor I used all solid color fabrics around the rose motif. I'm a a little bit hesitant to use white one at the below but I liked the pink and the other one at the right side. It is one of my favorite trim that I like to use much. My oya artisan lady created this one with my favorite colors, it is so nice that I'll use it for a special project.
I assembled my ArtBra 2009 block. Now, my favorite session starts, embellishments!!!!

Rengin, that block is beautiful. I just love that rose, so beautiful. Looks like you should be able to sniff it! Can't wait to see what you come up with for all the embellishments.

Hi Pat,
That rose really looks so pretty among the other colors...I did two seam treatments on top of the beaded trims, I'm going to post their photos now!
You do beautiful things, I am following your blog. I never did crazy yet, but have been thinking about it for a while.

The rose is a wonderful for the block, a lovely piece of fabric. The oya trim is just beautiful.
Your oyas are always so beautiful and delicate! I wish I lived close to you to absorb all your knowledge! :)
