I really don't know how to express my sadness about big disaster Japan had last month. So sad that Japan is still having strong after shocks. I know nothing should confort them after all that tragedy they had to face. But, we can remind them that we are thinking them from the different places of the world. At the begining, I couldn't decide about the colors of my block. Afterwords, I wanted to create something to remind spring and wonderful Japan cherry trees, lovely cherry blossoms. I found some pink color fancy fabrics in my stash and created this little block for the Hearts and Hands for Sendai project.
