Healing Heart for a friend

Last night I've completed seam treatments. It is ready to be sent out in the morning. This small heart will be going to Finland.
I made this 5" heart according to paper piecing method. It is a healing block for a friend from my international swap group. To use paper piecing method may seem to waste time but hand stitching with paper piecing for the small pieces always give better results for me. I must admit that I'm not good at the machine!!!

Rengin,
You do such beautiful work. Your crazy quilting is fabulous.
Your oyas (needle lace flowers) are lovely. Would love to know how to make them. Is there a book available with instructions?
I am in the US.

I do not have a blog, but enjoy crazy quilting as a hobby. Recently practicing ribbon embroidery and many different embroidery stitches.
I have added you to my google reader so as to not miss any of your posts.
Thank you
Kathy

I now just noticed you had a link to an Etsy shop. The link is not working. Do you have the oyas for sale?

Hi Kathy,
Thank you so much for your nice words about my work. I'm a real CQ addict, indeed. Unfortunately, there is limited activities related with CQing here, in Istanbul.
There are some books with instructions, but as far as I know only one is in English.
Oh, yes, I sell oyas. I've started to carry a good stock upon high demand of my dear CQ'er friends at all over the world. If you're interested in with my little flowers please contact me privately. I send you further information. I'll check my Etsy shop now to see the why it is not working. Thanks for the warning.
Greetings from Istanbul
Rengin

Beautiful heart and seam treatments. I do all my piecing by machine, without drawing it out at all. Just put it on the muslin foundation.

I'm curious if you make all the oya you sell, or if you are marketing them for other women, too. It would be a shame for this art to die out.
