My "ArtBra 2008" block is finished:))

This photo highlights the left/top side my block. The last additions of the silk leaves and sparky butterfly charms made my violet type oyas more apparent. The bottom seam treatment with its lilac tones made a good harmony with oyas as well.
This photo highlights the right/top side the block. I've used lilac, lavender tones to surround the middle yellow fabric with butterfly motifs.

I completed my block for our ArtBra 2008 Breast Cancer Quilt. This one will hang in a treatment center in Vermont. This year's them is "Spring Flowers and Butterflies" with all those my favorite colors are soft yellows, peach/salmon, greens, ecru, touch of periwinkle/lilac. Here are some photos of my completed block. It is ready for its long journey to the USA. I also add my all good thoughts and positive energy into the package:))
I'm so happy for a small part of this big project.
