Winter RR -
I worked on another beautiful block of our "Winter" theme RR. It is a lovely stocking, special design with lots of vintage laces.
At the beginning, I made a snowflake, afterwords I used my fantasy to create a snowing scene and I added small charms and white beads that reminds me snowflakes.
I tried to catch an old looking as much as I can. I'm glad that I had neat small charms to add my seam treatments.
I like Chevron stitch and I use it almost at my each work. This time, I made it with metallic variegated Kreinik thread. I wanted to have red beads more apparent between the stitches therefor I used that thread. This time, I used metallic flat sequins that they looked lovely on the dark colors and they gave a vintage look.
